This looks really neat, waiting for it to mature a bit before giving it a try.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Totally fair. I’m still refining Reply Flow based on real-world feedback, but it’s already in a solid place and getting better with every update. Feel free to check back after the next few releases.

For now, I’ve added screenshots and short videos to the resource page to show the main features in action. I’ll keep a more detailed demo in mind as Reply Flow continues to mature.

Hi, just a note, having read your latest update, to say that Xenforo Cloud customers (like us) don’t get access to the CLI, so you will need to provide non-CLI options.

Thank you for pointing this out.

You are correct that XenForo Cloud customers do not have CLI access, and Reply Flow is designed to support non-CLI maintenance as well. The CLI commands are recommended mainly for self-hosted forums, especially larger installations where command-line rebuilds are usually the safest and most practical option. However, they are not the only way to manage Reply Flow’s index.

Reply Flow 1.0.9 includes the Reply Flow Control Center, which provides non-CLI options for checking index status and running maintenance tasks directly from the Admin Control Panel. From the Control Center, administrators can review the overall Reply Flow index state, run global rebuild/repair actions, and inspect or rebuild Reply Flow data for individual threads where needed.

For example, the Admin Control Panel includes non-CLI actions such as:

Reply Flow - Rebuild metadata index
Rebuild reindex this thread

So for XenForo Cloud customers, the Control Center is the intended path for index checks and maintenance actions. That said, your point is useful, and I agree the update notes should make this clearer. In a future update, I plan to expand the Control Center further with more non-CLI maintenance options, including more targeted rebuild tools and easier link/thread-based checks directly from the Admin Control Panel.

Thanks again for raising this. I will make sure the documentation and update notes explain the non-CLI workflow more clearly for XenForo Cloud users.
