Fixed Keyboard Shortcuts not working on Mac OS X 10.8

Ctrl + works, however Cmd + doesn't work in Safari 6.0.4. Haven't tested in other browsers yet.

This should be fixed now. Both ctrl and cmd should work, and ctrl+u is supported as well.

I still can't use Cmd+B to bold in Chrome 27, Mac OS X 10.8. Did several hard refreshes (Shift+Cmd+R) and still isn't working... Am I just going crazy?

Yes, there a accesskey="s" available for that.
