I realized after I ran the upgrade script via SSH that I forgot to disable all add-ons. I assume that is why I cannot see the admin panel. The front end was loading. I even tried Brogan's tip on disabling add-ons via the config file, still admin was blank.
I'm working on restoring the db to a backup copy, overwriting the files with the old files and going back to disable all add-ons and retrying the upgrade.
Anything else I should take into consideration? This is a fairly large board (4.4 million posts).
