Fixed "Joined" Bug

When hovering over the Newest Members block on the Members page, it doesn't show the Joined Date for any of the members.


This happens with users added from ACP. Unfortunately, due to another bug http://xenforo.com/community/posts/81795/ I can't check to see if this effects users who follow the full sign-up process.

I think this was a side-effect of the install issues that originally existed.
