XF 2.3 Issue with Friendly URLs for XenForo Resource Manager (404 Error)

Hello,

I am encountering an issue with Friendly URLs for the XenForo Resource Manager. While the standard URL (https://blk-forum.com/index.php?resources/) works correctly, the Friendly URL (https://blk-forum.com/resources/) returns a 404 error.

Here are some details about my setup:

• Server: LiteSpeed
• mod_rewrite: Enabled and working
• SEO Options in XenForo: "Use Full Friendly URLs" is enabled
• .htaccess file: Configured as per the XenForo recommendations
• Other Friendly URLs on the site are working correctly (e.g., threads, forums).

I have tried the following:

1. Verified the installation of the Resource Manager addon (it is installed and active).
2. Rebuilt the cache using php cmd.php xf:rebuild-cache.
3. Cleared the LiteSpeed cache and confirmed the .htaccess rules.

Despite this, the Resource Manager Friendly URLs still return 404. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
