XF 1.5 Is There Any Way To Stack Rather Than Scroll Notices?

I'd like to have all active notices stacked one on top of the other, rather than having them scroll horizontally. Is there any way I can do that?

Admin CP -> Appearance -> Style Properties -> Notices -> Disable "Enable scrollable notices".
