Hi! Is there any step by step guide regarding template modification? Like how to create your own custom theme, how to preview it, where the files should be added, etc... It seems like it's not mentioned in the documentation. Also is there a list of available variables you can use in the template and list of available filters?

To post in the customer support forums you need to first have linked your customer account to your forum username.

You can do this by going to the “Forum users” section in the Account area and adding your forum username there.

That will then allow you to post in the correct forum.
