XF 2.0 Is there a simple way to set group permissions for pages

I would like to set user group permissions to view pages or not but it seems like the only option is to set individual users to view private pages.

What is the effect you're trying to achieve? It should be fairly straight forward to cover most use cases at the user group level.

I dont see the option to set user group permissions for a specific page. so for example I created a page called "supporters." How can I make it to where my user group "supporters" are the only group able to view this page.

Okay I have found it have to click the group then select options.

Now you only have to set "View node" permission on the groups of users that you want to see the page in "Yes", you do not need to set any more permissions. You can read how permissions work here: https://xenforo.com/help/permissions/
