XF 2.1 Is there a link directly to "Find a member"?

Moderators use this very frequently and it would be good to put a direct link in the "Members" public navigation drop down.

In't that the same as the box on the member page?

The problem with the front end Find a member is that the auto complete doesn't work for members who have not been active for a while:

XF 1.4 - Forum member search vs admin member search

On my forum, when I serach in the front end for "Chris" I get only 4 results, whereas in the admin user search for "Chris" I get 33 hits. Why would this be?

Ooh yes that works, does it have any heavy load on performance? I'm asking because I wonder why it isn't just in the core ofd Xenforo? Or any issues changing the default 10 results to 100?

That doesn't really work if I want to link directly to a search option/overlay from the public nav. On mobile it takes several taps and swipes to get to Find Member. A direct link is two or three taps.
