XF 2.3 Is there a way to have "hidden" moderators?

A few users have agreed to moderate my forum but they do not wish to have it known they are moderators in any way. I can disable staff banners but I can't seem to find a way to prevent them from being listed as a Moderator. I'd thought about adding a custom title for them but I don't know if making them a moderator removes custom title options as I don't see custom title anymore. Besides that, they'd like to advance up the progression ladder like everyone else so manually changing there title every time I noticed they went up a rung would be tedious.

I tried to search but couldn't find anything. Sorry if already asked and answered.

Disable display user as staff

ACP >Usrrs and Groups > Moderators

then click on their name:

Thanks. I saw that and assumed that was relating to the "Staff Member" banner but should have tested it out. Running on fumes getting this setup, not thinking clearly.
