XF 2.3 Is anyone else experiencing AWS SES problems?

AWS has been experiencing outages. I use AWS SES as my email sender. Even though AWS claims taht SES has resovled its issues I'm stilll getting errors that emails are failing to send.

Yes, I know. That said, AWS claims that SES issues are resolved.

I wasn't clear in my post asking whether others are using SES and are still experiencing problems even though AWS claims taht AWS SES issues are resolved.
