This person bought the skin and addon on my site, downloaded and canceled the payment with paypal.
Raison: Nothing, this person is a crook and does not even reply to emails and MP.

As unfortunate as it is, this is something you just have to get used to.

The e-mail address will be fake/easily changed. The IP address will be a proxy. The username isn't relevant.

All you can do is just dispute it with PayPal, but all they'll do is lie in the buyer's favour.

This probably won't be the last time it happens.
