Not a bug iOS double tap

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post. I don't have an iPad to test for myself.

I received this report from one of my members:

On iPad, IOS 8.4, I have always to tap twice to activate a menu item or a link. Not on Opera Mini btw.

I'm running 1.4.10. Thank you.

This is usually caused by CSS hover effects on links, such as transition color.

Is there a standard fix/edit detailed somewhere? I'm using the default style with minor edits and a couple addons, as close to default as I can keep it.

Without going into support for a style, rule it out by using a completely default style with no edits or have them test here in the test forum.
