Ah, I don't know how that will go for you then Luckily, the main apps I use (Facebook, Facebook Messenger, etc) found an update before I upgraded, or were already compatible.

I finally got the update to work last night on my iphone 4 and I did the new alerts and text options
That's about all I've seen of the "200 new features" though
I used this TinyUmbrella trick to get the Update to load.
It still had problems.
I got the 1604 error.
Then I had to restore the device.
Now iOS5 is loaded.

Just found a solution to this.
[iPhone]>Settings>General>About>Diagnostics & Usage>Diagnostic & Usage Data
Low memory reports. "LowMemory-2011-10-13-xxxxxx"
So, thinking what could be gobbling up memory? Ah, checked some of the covers used in the album coverflow and they were massive.
Resized them all down to 400x400 at 72dpi and hey presto, smooth scrolling of coverflow returns.

a. Does iMessage work at all with non-iProducts, then? I read one source last night that said it could, but I don't think it was right.
b. Is there any way to import Facebook contacts (I see that Twitter will do it, but who lists their phone number in their Twitter profile??) into Contacts and/or Messages, or do I have to awkwardly ask for people's contact information? lol
On a completely different note, I hate that I can't watch Hulu on the iPad without a Hulu Plus subscription, even for free content...and getting to it in other browsers makes the quality awful.
Haven't spotted any tweet buttons yet, but you can undock or split the keyboard by holding the button in the bottom-right of the keyboard that hides it.
