Invalid quote alert?

I'm note quoted in that message, and I didn't even participate in the conversation... Is something funky going on here, or is it something simple?

EDIT: Strange, the go to post links for the KBeezie quotes link to different posts by different users, including me. That explains the alert, but still very strange...

Possible they quoted you at first, but then edited their post and removed a quoted post of yours.

No. Their post wasn't edited within 5 minutes. That also wouldn't explain why the go to post arrows link to completely different posts than the one quoted, including one of mine.

The quotes appear to be from another forum.

The first quote by KBeezie in that thread has a link going to: https://xenforo.com/community/goto/post?id=945065#post-945065

I got one too, and it also threw me off until I started clicking the attribution links.

We've made a change in XF 1.5.11 to prevent this kind of thing happening.
