XF 2.0 Installing add-ons

I have just freshly installed Xenforo, but I just uploaded a add on, when I go to add the xml file I can't I get this message ( No add-ons are installed or available to be installed ). I uploaded the contents to library is this the correct directory to upload the file to ? Because this is what is what it was label as, so I uploaded it to that directory.

Is it because it is a outdated add on ?

Possibly, the best place to ask is in the addon thread.

You cannot install add ons made for XF1 in XF2. XF2 does not use the library directory nor does it have XML files to browse for and upload manually.
