XF 2.3 install error after upgrading Xenforo?

Hi I am getting this error after upgrading to the latest xenforo software. This shows up after logging in to go forth with the install.

Are you sure all the files were successfully uploaded? Also before upgrading try disabling all addons with

$config['enableListeners'] = false;

What version are you trying to upgrade from and what upgrade method did you use?
