Fixed Inserting attachments to editor

No sure if this was reported, but while using the rich text editor and inserting attachment to the editor I often have an attachment that goes to the top of the message, instead of where I clicked.

Especially if I have something highlighted to replace with the attachment.

Or sometimes the first attachment will go to the right place and the second will go to the top of the editor.

I think this is related to the other attachment upload/insert issue, so I'm expecting this to now be fixed.
