Indie Gamers - Modern "Metro" Style

I am creating a general forum for indie gaming that will link together my more specific forums for big indie games.

Instead of going the usual route of dark, heavy on graphics, gaming theme, I decided to try a more metro/modern css-only route.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give me feedback :)

Edit: It is based on Flexile tho I pretty much changed nearly everything...

The site is now live (registration offline) but you can checkout the theme and critique possibly. ;)

The social links button is a bit weird IMO.

Thanks! You are probably right. I changed them to regular icons that people normally expect.

    Glad you like it! :)

    Looks awesome :),

    few things...
.node .nodeIcon needs a bit more width, it's cutting off some of the icons, like 36px looks good.

Also I hope you can do more with the nav, I personally don't thing it compliments the style but...

GREAT version of Flexile, it's one of the cleanest styles I've seen in awhile.
