Not a bug Inconsistencies In Relative Stamps

Im not sure if this is a bug or not but there are some places which seem to follow the relative stamps but others which dont.

http://xenforo.com/community/settings/ the alerts do not follow the relative stamps but when i click on the alerted thread it does.

ie in the alerts page http://xenforo.com/community/settings/ it might say 10:24 the thread was posted but when clicked and viewed the thread it says A Moment Ago.

With the daily grouping concept that's used there, relative time stamps don't really work.
