Duplicate In creating a new thread - "Upload File" button glitch :/

Sorry to be bringing bad news but this glitch happens almost every time on my Ubuntu 10.04 Linux machine. When I boot Windows 7, however, it doesn't happen. See below!



P.S. It happened just now on this page too so it's nothing to do with my own installation but as soon as I scroll down even by a few pixels (on either forum) it fixes itself. It doesn't bother me much at all and I suspect it only happens to other Linux users (maybe only Ubuntu users too) if any at all but I just thought I'd point it out. :/

I've seen that before too.
It is Flash having problems.
