Adding a checkbox to delete permission combinations with only permissions for disabled/legacy add-ons would be really helpful for people who want to keep these add-ons installed but have a giant mess of permissions that need to be cleaned up. An alternative could be a delete button on pages like this that would completely remove the permission associations with nodes, for example:
Would definitely make my life easier when cleaning up spaghetti permissions, as currently it's impossible to completely remove customized node permissions if there are any permissions coming from a legacy add-on without completely uninstalling it (which isn't the best if you're waiting for it to be upgraded to XenForo 2)
