Duplicate Improvable file-check behavior.

I manually changed these two files (on my laptop style-test site) to match their received fixes (color indicator fix) in XenForo 2.1.10 update.
(My license allows me to use XenForo 2.1.10, if I am not wrong.)
(I grabbed these JS files from this community server since they are accessible from web browser.)

However, even if they are official files, they are failed from passing the server file-checks.

This made me wonder whether a sitemaster can manually whitelist certain modifications with given file hash.
