hello everyone

I decided to move from SMF 2.0.6 to XenForo. Today I purchased the license and I'm trying to migrate the contents of my forum.

Now I have XenForo installed on the server, but when I try to import, in step in trying to migrate users I get this error:

Server Error

Mysqli statement execute error: Incorrect string value: '\ xF1a of ...' for column 'custom_title' at row 1

What should I do or what may be causing the error? I have no knowledge of mysql.

Thanks and sorry for my English of google translate

This appears to be a bug -- the text is not converted to UTF-8 as expected. I'll fix this for the next release. In the interim, the main workaround would be to remove any special characters (accents, etc) from any user's "personal text" field in SMF.
