XF 1.1 Importing from IP.Board 3.2.x

I am trying to accomplish an import from IP.Board 3.2 for testing purposes. When starting with the import of user groups I have noticed that some of the user groups are not showing (e.g. moderator user group, super moderator user group).

After importing the user groups I am getting a "Duplicate entry '3' for key 'primary' " error message.
Any suggestions how to solve this issue?

Did you select the option to preserve the source ids? Try restarting the import without that option enabled.
