Import vBulletin?

Don't know and no, vb does not have a demo. IPB does.

As one of those who are not comfortable with their current board, öhöm vBulletin, I want to make some changes. XenForo is better and smoother than every other forum software I've tried and managed and at this point I'd rather spent the same amount of money to XenForo than software that I'm not comfortable with
Will there a migration tool like Impex available for xenforo that allows us to migrate data from one board to another making that less painful?

I have a Vbulletin board and I'm not comfortable chhanging from 3.8 to 4.0. Both are practically the same and now I'm forced because developers dropping support for earlier versions. At this point XF seems the better choise

It's fast, warmer and promising, I love it

There won't be a vB4-to-XenForo converter right away. Just wanted to save you the trouble.

That would probably not retain passwords. Depending on the number of users you have, that could be an issue.

im glad no importer, right away for vb4, if there was i doubt i would even play about with setting up a new forum! lol
