Xenforo VS Vbulletin 6

Hi, I am sure this question has been answered for old versions, but, what are the big "advantages" of Xenforo compared to vBulletin "6"?
Opinions, facts? especially regarding speed and SEO and I am talking about out of the box versions.

I am on the verge of moving to Xenforo, but I see that there is no converter from vBulletin 6. Will that cause me issues?

We've had a custom importer since shortly after the first 6.x release of vBulletin, and have handled several of these. It addresses the changes introduced in vB 6, as well as some items that Xenforo left out in their vB 5.x importer such as the galleries in user profiles.
