XF 1.1 import passwords (general question)

So I've imported my community a few times now....

phpBB > phpBB /w WordPress > vBulletin > XenForo > IPB > vBulletin > and now XenForo (starting tonight)

Passwords are the one issue I seem to always have. Simply put, they don't always carry over well.

Will this be a problem?

Are there things I should be looking into to make sure they're not?!

The official XenForo importers preserve existing passwords.

Will member passwords be lost after importing?
Multiple password schemes are supported, so if the system you are importing from uses a compatible password system, then all existing passwords will continue to work as before. The vBulletin, IP.Board and phpBB importers are supported. Refer to the Importing section of the XenForo Manual for more information.

They preserve passwords only from the previous board's format, so it's very unlikely they'll (all) work if you've done a bunch of different imports.

So my past history could impact this or I only need worry about what I'm doing now.... vBulletin to XenForo ??

If you have users who haven't logged in for a while and you've had a conversion or two in between, then yes, you'll most likely have issues with those accounts. For those that have logged in on the most recently used software, there should be no issues.
