XF 1.5 Import Center Download ll to XenForo Resource Manager 1.2.4

Good evening
I try values with a center ( vb Download ll ) to (xf Resource Manager)
But I have this problem :

You appear to be using a third party importer so you will need to contact the author for support.

The last member and programmer is last year
How do I communicate with him .. ??
This is one of the Disadvantages of making the program highly dependent on programmers and developers from abroad

Does anyone have a solution

But what the benefit of publishing if the add-on programmer is not interested and is not available to follow the problems.
I wish to delete any add-on from (resources) that the programmer is not following
