error in download on xenforo resource manager

hello , when i download a resource on the xenforo resource manager in my website , I get a html file and not a zip file and in the file as html i have this error :

1. XenForo_Application::handlePhpError()
2. readfile() in XenForo/FileOutput.php at line 36

You need to contact your host. They have disabled an important PHP function.
