MG 2.1 Images being moderated

My gallery seems to be moderating images from one member.

Why is that happening and how do I correct it? Where are the moderation settings?

XFMG has an "Add media items without approval" permission.

You'll need to analyse the permissions for that user to see where that permission has been set.
