XF 2.2 Image size very small in chrome full size in safari

My full image size looks great in safari but very small in chrome and other browser at work.

Desktop browser at work



Only Safari shows full image, how can I fix this.

You are logged out in the other browsers so are only seeing thumbnails.

Set the view attachments permission to yes for the unregistered user group.

Oh wow, you're right, I just logged in on chrome and all the images are full size.

How can I allow unregistered and or logged out visitors to view full size images?
