Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.8).

Change log:

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.

What do we do in the mean time to resolve this?

/install/ after your domain or folder where the forum resides.

With a text-editor change the line in src/addons/XF/hashes.json to "js/xf/attachment_manager-compiled.js": "762baba37acf077f97b385c8ef93854d1267d63a8d7a3e8b543223aa6194189a",

Post #78 and #79 solved my problems with rotated photos.
