The land I wrote about in the first post does not have guns so we wouldn't have to worry about that yet.
After some even more deep thought I remembered that George Washington was asked to become King of America or President forever and he declined because he believed that that kind of system would lead way to the same predicament they found themselves in before they revolted against the British Empire. Instead he chose democracy. That lasted a good while but look at where America is now. If he could see how America has turned out would he still make the same decision?
