If you have members who are older or less tech savvy folk, have you done anything to make your site easier to use?

I couldn't see your font resizer on the link! 🤣

Some older members just can't find their main thread so keep starting new ones - it's not a big issue. Main issue is if they use mobiles and don't understand how to get to "What's new" - it's just a lightning flash symbol.

As part of the OSA thing, having to address "accessibility" in terms, I linked these two sites - but I doubt anyone reads the terms to find them!

"Accessibility

This site is available on computer/keyboard and mobile phone/tablet. We are aware that the site may not be fully accessible for all but hope the following assistance may be helpful:

NVDA free screen reader for Windows computers https://www.nvaccess.org.

Abilitynet.org free digital accessibility services https://mcmw.abilitynet.org.uk."

Found it
Thanks I was looking for it too. It's a great idea. I did find it on your website but couldn't see it at first - seriously - I was looking for a tab with words or something. I wonder if it could be made more prominent somehow.

Most old people will have old computers > Google ads overload the use of RAM immediatelly

Yes, most us us run monster machines > try opening your forum, probably overloaded with Google ads, on your mum's computer > it might freeze up the all browser.

Sell the banner space to end users (businesses directly) > the site will not crash your mums computer and you will probably earn more money (the 2nd is a different topic).

Huge +1 for less categories
