I just bought a licenses but can't see any renewal

Hi, it is urgently.
I just bought a 140USD licenses with my account, but after payment success by PayPal. I didn't see any update in my account, it still notice me:
You do not currently have any licenses.
Can you help me to solve this problem?
 
Issues regarding payments and licenses are only dealt with via ticket.

You can access the ticket via the URL in the email sent with each response.
