Fixed Hundreds of avatars in album permissions

While not a software bug, the following unintended & unwanted behaviour occurs:
If a member sets their album privacy for viewing/adding to 'People You Follow', then XFMG displays the avatars of all those members. On a big board this results in very long pages with hundreds of avatars.

I've forced it to only display a maximum of 10 avatars per list for now. The approach will likely be different in XFMG 2.0 so this should be fine for now.
