Excluding particular threads is good. However, could you look at an option where we could INCLUDE a particular thread when we might want to ensure it's in the newsletter. Thanks

In /newsletter/css.css add this:

and adjust as needed for color

So this started out as simply a standalone script for what I needed. Work has begun to have it completely integrated within XenForo:



Among the already existing options the next major version will take out steps required to copy and paste into the Mailchimp Inline Style generator. This will be done automatically. So you will be able to simply copy the source directly into your newsletter manager and go.

Huge Update - Complete Rewrite Now Integrated Completely Within XenForo

I have rewrote the entire script to now work completely within XenForo. All configuration options are now accessible via Options > HTML Newsletter Generator.

This means you no longer need FTP access to edit your configuration of your newsletter.

To install the new version, simply upload the new files and import the xml file.

You can access your source code for your news letter at domain.com/xfnewsletter

Even More Integration - MailChimp Inline-CSS API Integration & More

Now the process of getting your newsletter to your newsletter service is even easier.

HTML Newsletter Generator now connects to Mailchimp's API to automatically generate inline-css for the newsletter, a requirement to be compatible with major email services like Gmail.com.

You no longer need to manually copy and paste your source code into the HTML generator and delete the <link> html tags. This is done automatically.

Added Option To Include Specific Threads

You now have the option to include specific threads within the newsletter. These threads will appear at the top of the thread list.

Can be configured in the HTML Newsletter Generator options section.

That is odd. Can not reproduce that on my end. Can you try reuploading the files and importing the xml file again? If that doesn't work, can you provide me FTP access and an admin account so I can troubleshoot?
