XF 1.5 How xenforo solves the translation of the forum and the addons?

As I understand, the user can choose to change the translation of the forum if it exists, but what happens with the addons?

- The addons change language ( when exists ) if the user change xenforo language? - or the translation of the addons are permanent (is language A, or B, not change when user change xenforo translate?

If you have translations for all Add-ons intalled they will also display their text in the selectted language.
If not they will display in whatever language the Add-on author originally distributed them (most likely English).
