how to set up attachment viewing permission on a node-by-node basis

I have a news forum for which i need to set the attachment viewing permission for the guest users..... is there any way i can do the permission setting on a node-by-node basis?

You can set usergroup permissions specifically for each node.

Revoke it for the unregistered user group.

Or if you want guests to see the attachments in the News forum but nowhere else, set the Unregistered group permission for viewing attachments to Not Set (No) and in the News node set the permission to Allow.
