XF 2.0 How to remove username change history in profile

Running Xenforo 2. I need to hide a user's username change history that is available for viewing from the user's profile. I am a novice at customization (and mysql) but i have a feeling that is where i need to go to hide his username change history. The user still wants other members to view his profile, but not his username change history.

Can anyone describe the basic steps to do this? I appreciate the help, thanks.

Which add-on are you using ? You need to disable the template modification

I think you are using username change addon.

To disable viewing history you can go to ACP - Usergroups and permission
select user group

and then find in permission - name of that addon
just adjust the settings of it to your requirement.

You need to do this for each user group.

Also do check in options which can be found under settings - is there a global option provided for that.

These are all workarounds.
Is there a way to completely remove these history data from database?
