    I basically made an image on paint to replicate what I want done... I want to get a blank space below my admin bar for my forum. How do i do this?

    Code:
    #moderatorBar {
    margin-bottom: 20px;
    }
    Adjust to suit.

    Would this also make the space for normal users without the bar?

    Also would it possible to put a shadow around the header box? I've been trying to but it's only giving me straight shadow along the bottom?

    No,

    You said...."I want to get a blank space below my admin bar..."

    I phrased it incorrectly, lol.. What I meant was a space atop of the forum. I keep forgetting that my users can't actually see the admin/mod bar. :lol:
