XF 2.1 How to have two logos instead of a single logo.

Hi folks,
Our logo is made up of a circular icon and some text. https://www.avforums.com/
What I want to do is display that logo as two separate svg image elements - the icon and the text element.
Then on mobile the text image element is hidden so only the icon remains.
Can you advise on the best way to achieve two logos please?
