How To Download The Latest Stable Resource From Resource Manager

Hello, I'd like to know how I can download the latest stable version of an add-on from the "Resources" here.

I'd like to download this: https://xenforo.com/community/resources/editor-bb-code-manager.5657/

But it only shows a "Download" button and that button only downloads the latest version which is currently a beta version.

I'd like to download the latest stable version of that add-on.

There’s a discussion attached to the resource, it’s best to ask specific questions there. But, yes, it looks like they’re maintenance releases to the 1.0.2 version so should be more stable than that.
