XF 2.2 How to clear report counter

I have a report on a post which increased the Reports count to 1 (this forum doesn't get many).

It was reported by "Content Reporter" but there is no user by that name.

The usual status controls "Resolved", "Rejected" are missing on the report.

How do I clear that flag and reset the Reports count to zero?
