XF 1.3 How to clear Image Proxy Log

The link and image proxy log didn't work because of restrictions from my host.

I enabled both of them now, they do work.
I don't need the image proxy ATM so I disabled it.
How to clear the stored images?

The images should be removed once the image cache lifetime has expired.
What do you have it set to?

There's also the "Image and Link Proxy Log Length" option.

Just to get a confirmation. No manual way to clean the image proxy cache?

About the 'Image Cache Refresh' setting. Does it refresh all images cached locally automatically or it recaches them as they are accessed on the forum?
