how to change the theme

i know xenforo theme is basic but i do see some other forums they have got xenforo but diffrent theme deisgn how do i change it or where do i get it from ? is it free ? is there any option on the admin area to change the colour shape etc ?

You can modify style properties in the Appearance section of the admin control panel to make adjustments to colours.

A lot of customers use ready-made styles, and you can download these from the resource manager:

Styles [2.x]
