I bought a second hand license on Sunday at Digital Point and the seller instantly emailed support@xenforo.com with my name, email address and physical address as is required for a transfer. I know he sent it because he BCCed me in. He also sent a follow up email yesterday. neither of these have received any kind of response yet and I was wondering if this was common? How long do people usually wait for a transfer to be completed on Xen's side? I know they have to email me and confirm the transfer but I haven't received that yet either.
