No, I don't think they come to the Phillippines.
It's not necessary - installing the software etc., if you buy that service, can be done from anywhere over the internet.

They don't have a "rep" in there, but since it's handled over the internet it's not really required. If you are not comfortable with installing, there is an installation service that you can pay for that gets the basic system set up. Customization will be your responsibility (setting nodes, styling, etc).

costumization is big problem im not so expert to do this, if someone else do the costumization it can be? like you if you would agree thru teamviewer. and pay charges to you.
