XF 2.3 How do I upload video to a post?

Newbie question here, but how do I upload .mp4 files and embed them in my post without them showing up as an attachment? Kinda like what is in the HYS thread: https://xenforo.com/community/threads/tiptap-a-new-editor-for-xenforo.227767/

Upload, click the attachment thumb and embed.

It was this option that I was missing:


From there, you get a video upload button specifically for video vs the insert image button.
